the number of people: how many individual people you have had 30+ messages with

number of chats: for every 30 messages sent counts as one chat

for example you chat with

member 1 for 60 messages

Member 2 for 30 messages

Member 3 for 150 messages

you would have chatted with 3 members for more than 30 messages so you would have helped 3 people, but you had 8 chats total because you talked with some of the members for a bit longer. 

think there are two different numbers so that it better represents if you have long term members that you talk with for long amounts of time.
