Unlocking support rooms?

I was told in the listener support room that my support rooms aren't unlocked and i was given a link but i didn't see how to do it?

@Justlaura7973 Yes, possibly this one: https://www.7cups.com/forum/GroupSupport_168/CommunityManagersOffice_2008/NewCriteriaUpdatesGroupChatsEasierToAccessNow_280544/ which explains what to do to unlock the relevant chatrooms. You can see under "For listeners..." about what badges you need, most of the links to the relevant badge or course or forum is linked in the post itself.

Apparently i have them unlocked lol i just didn't notice.
