What is an "Error 1001?"
During my chat with a listener the entire conversation and the listener disappeared. I can't find them and I didn't click on anything. Screen said "Error: Conversation not found. Error 1001". What does this mean?
If you know the listener's name and their profile disappeared, it must be that they were banned for some reason. They might have taken a self care break, but doing that in the middle of a chat seems unreasonable.
If the listener's profile is still there but you can't chat to them, then they must have blocked you, or you blocked them, possibly by accident.
Or it really is a fault in the system.
If you know the listener's name you could try e-mailing community@7cups.com to see if they can reconnect you.

I couldnt find his name but that's ok. 7 Cups isnt exactly what I'm looking for as far as help. I'll try for a few more days.
