Panic attacks

So I recently started facing panic attacks that were triggered due to severe and prolonged anxiety. I have been facing anxiety since I was a child but it got really bad this year. I used to be pretty outgoing and confident and spontaneous but this year has led me to be socially conscious, mentally frustrated and now I'm facing panic attacks. I feel a pang of anxiety even when I have to call my friends. I didnt get into college because I messed up my interview cause I was shaking the entire time and couldn't think straight. I scored horribly on my finals for my last year of high school cause I was so anxious the night before that I couldn't sleep ... it's getting bad and I would really like advice on how I can control it...

@Missanonym I suffer from panic attacks every other night, and it's scary. I hope you get better and get friend and family who can help you through it❤️ College isn't the be all and end all, you're on your own journey specially made to get you to the place you're meant to be.

I am very familiar with it. I was a very interesting and confident child. But when I was 9, my family moved to another country. I began to worry about literally everything: that I would not find friends, everyone would laugh at me and my accent, and so on. I had this anxiety until recently. When I failed my job interview, I realized it was time to deal with anxiety. On Canadian Pharmacy Online I read about medications that help to relax and forget about anxiety. I decided to try but I also tried to fight it on my own (I did my favorite hobby, went for walks, tried to communicate with people, make new friends). You won't believe it but it really helped me and now I'm very happy

@Missanonym I am an introvert who has had to face the same precarious situation everytime I found myself in an unusual position. My legs would start to shake and I could barely face whoever I was talking to; I would always be at a loss of words and would just start mumbling out gibberish instead. This was nothing actually. What really shook me was the severe nausea and stomach cramps which made me rush for the restroom everytime.

It was only after college when I tried marijuana as a joke with my seniors (I wanted to be amongst the cool gang after being an introvert at school) and realized it brought another Melania from inside of me. This Melania didn't fear anything; she wasn't afraid to stand up to her college bully; nor was she any longer an introvert who couldn't speak for herself. I really felt that. And it changed me. Changed me for good. Marijuana really gave me a much-need mental boost that I had never experienced before in my life. I wasn't even panicking anymore. Reading your story has brought back all those memories and I just couldn't help mention all those things to you and how marijuana actually changed my life for good.
