1 month in
Today is 1 month and 10 days with 7 cups, I just started working outside again and it is a diff feeling since I normally wake up and write my thoughts out. Now I am up getting ready to go in to work. It is not a bad feeling. I love it. Making time to check into 7 cups and making sure I stay with it is the day to day. I miss spending more time on here honestly☺️ While I commute to work. I will make that my quiet time snd release what is needed. It does help coming on 7 cups and letting it all go. Thank u✨
