February is going well. I don't really have any goals.

It's fine.

Not really. I do wish more replied, but I get it.

have you had any luck with any particular format/style of welcome message working better in terms of response back or is it pretty much the same with any template?

It has been the same, but I am willing to explore and create different messages to welcome them.
