Physics. I think that physics (all kinds--astrophysics, quantum physics, all of it) is beautiful. It's like poetry with numbers. But I'm not naturally mathematically minded, and I just haven't devoted the time or brainpower to learning as much as I'd like to. If I could snap my fingers and instantly know everything there is to know about physics, I would absolutely do it.
