I feel most peaceful when...[finish this sentence]

I sit outside at night.

I'm in my bed, all alone in pitch black darkness, with no sound at all

I'm surrounded by people but I'm not expected to talk and I won't be judged.

I'm in my bed cuddling my cat and listening to music.

When I'm snuggled up with my cat with tea and a good book

When I finish my all work

...when my mind is totally Blank!

When I'm not arguing or trying to justify myself.
