I feel most peaceful when I listen to certain songs by my favorite band of all time, Coldplay. A few of my absolute favorite peaceful songs by Coldplay are See You Soon, Sparks, and Always In My Head
When I cover my ears in the shower and can only hear the water beating down.

I feel most peaceful during a one on one conversation with someone about anything.
when im at the skate parkk
I feel like everyone around me is taken care of and someone can have quiet time alone to relax.
When I can just clear my head and sit and BE. When I can let go of expectations and people pleasing and just accept my WHOLE self, my life, my Higher Power God, my darkness, my life, my ugly, my beautiful, my flaws, both physical and character. When I can just let the my perceived pressures and deep wounds from past abuse fall way, and let go, and realize that it's okay that not everything is okay. And just BE.
