I feel most peaceful when I sing.
I'm not in a good head space now, but I feel peaceful when I'm trying to live my own life and not one that reflects the opinions of others.
when im alone in my room ..or when i moon and star gaze late at night..when i listen to music in a quiet place no interruptions ..or when im up late night when everyone else is asleep its so peaceful
I feel most peaceful doing my morning ritual. Headspace meditation, followed by a yoga flow. Healthy breakfast, energizing shower and my daily reflection and planning.
I get a good cup of tea and some me time

Im just being still and looking out my door watching the birds 🦅
Im being still listening to hear the Holy Spirit to speak to me.
