I love it when the first really nice Spring day hits, and you can drive comfortably with the windows down.
I love it when the sun is shining but the air still smells like rain mixed with plants and trees. I don't know how to explain that smell but it's amazing
I love it when my friends laugh at a joke I've made and I know they all genuinely enjoy spending time with me
I have my creative verve flowing in abundance and I can write at will.
Or when a beautiful girl makes me feel attractive.
None of this happens anymore. My life is trapped in a worthless sterile gutter, bereft of joy, bereft of excitement, bereft of hope.
I wish I didn't exist.
@hollowman84 I feel the pain in your post. When I've had times like that, times when nothing is right, and I've felt sad and my ability to be productive has felt blocked, I have been gentle with myself and looked for a new medium in which to express myself. One year when life seemed to be falling apart I took up gardening and found that building a bond with the soil really helped to nourish and heal me spiritually. Is there another way to express your creativity? Is there something you can build that needs building? In time the emotional fog will clear. Be kind to yourself in the interim.
I love it when...
I can be free.
A stranger's dog makes eye contact with me and starts wagging its tail because it has somehow instantly decided that we are now best friends.
I love it when i don
I spend time with my boyfriend and my family. I can actually be myself
Some one takes to time to play with my hair and cuddle me when I've had a very hard day at work
I like to see the sun set
