One goal I have for this week is (week of 11/27/17)....
To go at least 1 day without yelling at my kids. I get so irritable and aggitated by the smallest thing.
Believing in me.
To force myself to keep busy and get out the house !
My goal is to... ask someone to help me find a goal. People keep telling me that I need a goal to take steps forward, but I'm lost right now. I don't know which way to go, how can I think of a goal and actually accomplish it?? Thoughts??

I always start small. It takes 21 days to make or break a habit. Self reflect, is there anything you don't like that you Do, is there something you wish you done more often? Take that and do it for 21 days. Not even a full month and you will achieved at least one goal
@PessimisticBunny Thank you so much, this sounds like a very doable thing to do. Well, obviously keeping it up for 21 days is going to be hard, but this way of getting yourself a goal is very doable. I think I'm going to get out of bed every morning before 10 AM. Sounds like I can do that. Thanks for your help!

You're very welcome. Getting up earlier is always good. I couldn't manage it until I got a first shift job but now I can't sleep past 9. There's also the added benefit of more daylight hours which will help boost your mood. I wish you the best of luck! You got this!
To stay calm and not try to act like everything my bf does is my problem/something I have to obsess over
To not get so irritated so easily.
fix my sleeping schedule
I have two goals this week....
Personally, my goal is to exercise at least a little bit every day this week...even just take a walk.
Professionally, my goal is to leave school at school...to let worries about students that misbehave or not do their work or the stacks of grading or planning to do stay in the classroom and not on my mind. As a new teacher it's so hard not to take every tiny thing personally and obsess over it.
Be happy
To feel more confident and work on my anxiety.
