People are complex, and there is good in everyone. However, there are also consequences. If someone has hurt you to the point where their presence is painful, you can still forgive them but you don't have to keep them in your life

We were all born innocent.. and good. So be patient the next time someone angers you and your temper falls short, be kind when someone gets cruel, be supportive when someone can no longer stand, be caring when someone else can't be.

One thing I firmly believe is that if you break obstacles into stepping stones ( e.g smaller tasks) they don't seem as difficult to overcome.
If you really try you've already half won the challenge. To try sees that you learn or you might even find that you are successful. Too many times situations look bigger then they really are because we have not tried. 😊
