One thing that I firmly believe is...
That EVERYONE can obtain DECENT recovery, or obtain good management of their mental and emotional health with the RIGHT SUPPORT! 
It's all about WHO surrounds you in your life, and WHO is there for you during your highs to celebrate and be glad with you, and also WHO is there to pick you up or sit with you on the ground to keep you company, in your lows.
Look at the people around you in your life..and ask yourself these questions:
"Who can I turn to?"
"Are they reliable and helpful?"
"Do I feel comfortable and enjoy being around them?"
"Do they stimulate and grow me into a higher version of myself?"
is myself cause everything come from me !
No one can break you unless you let them. Also that every obstacle is beatable.

Words can be like daggers and their effects can last a lifetime. I am not a fan of the old saying ' sticks and stones ' words can and do hurt, often a lot more than a smack.
We are all beautiful and precious creatures capable of giving love, kindness and other spectacular gifts- none of us are worthless- only waiting to be found by someone else who is willing to accept those gifts.

Every moment in our lives is temporary. Nothing is permanent. Every five minutes we are on the other side of the last five minutes, and nothing about that or them can be changed. If I spilled my tea on my favorite pj yesterday, I can't undo that. I do have to live in the consequence of the action because every action has an equal reaction, however, tomorrow I will be upset about something completely different. The thought of the tea will be gone. That temporary moment will have faded with time. No single moment in this life is permanent; good or bad.
