One thing I forgive myself for today is.....
having regrets!

@OPinyon
Sometimes that's how we learn things. People don't always know how to communicate the right way in terms. They feel like they must carry the world on there shoulders. It's a painful process of just not being okay with oneself.

I agree. I used to have all thosw skills. Then went through another intense level og healing and now all my skills are gone. People have patience with that in someone younger but not in an adult.
It's so heartbreaking.
My actions caused by anxiety, depression, and addiction. I still take responsibility for them, but I forgive myself.
Being anxious
a slower metabilism than when I was 4. I realized today that I was still expecting that from myself and I am 50 and injured...LOL...someday I will learn to give myself a break.
Talking too much.
Being so hard on myself!!
My past mistake s because I don't want them defining my future.
becoming overweight
