It wasn't your fault do not let it define you. You survived it and they can no longer hurt you! Take control of your life and do what makes you feel good. When that pain rears its ugly head, stare it back in the face and say F U! I decide what will make me feel what, I am in control !
My wife cheated on me 3 times in our marriage and I feel so totally lost, betrayed and unloved, I am constantly questioning my life to this point and why she even married me in first place.

One thing Ive never told anyone is that I really hate life. And not the average kind, like oh I have too much homework life sucks but rather I hate this world. Its cruel, and unforgiving. It hurts to breath because youre drowning and even though everyone can see, they wont do anything.

@quickwittedLion. The world can be cruel but there are plenty of good people out there. Nowadays people are scare of meddling but there's people willing to help, and as long as you try to get better, stronger and more positive you will feel the change of hope and positive thinking. Stay busy, help others when you can. It helps bunches.
