I feel like when I saw this prompt the first thing that came to mind was some self criticism too. It felt really hard to think but no thats not really me either its just a habitual reaction and me letting my negativity get the best of me. I really feel for you watermelon and I hope you can reevaluate and find something else in your natural human complexity like how kind, funny, generous, loving or beautiful etc that you are also to describe yourself as and start the habit of being a friend to yourself in your thoughts.
