I am bored and cant figure out what to do.
And i got bitched out by someone I dont' want to date.
I'm tired of not getting any responses to any messages from anyone, whether it is trying to get a hold of church group leaders, members of an online community, or someone on a dating site.
I have no one
@Nicoleelocin Im right there with you. Totally alone. *hugs*
Current PCP doesn't care that it hurts to eat.
Today, I am moody because I'm facing problems in my relationship.
@dawghoused Hi there, sorry to hear that.. maybe you would like to share what problems you are going through now?
Because I had my monthly doctor's appointment, and I don't likebeing reminded of how far I have left to go.
I'm riling myself up in my head and I can't control it.
@wildOnee Hi there, Im feeling the same nowadays.. I tried to think about happy stuff and tell myself to do deep breaths when i get irritated.. Maybe you can try too.
Today I am mody because I'm feeling mixed emotions. I have found a greater perspective on life and still I feel held back by the past. I reached out to old people who once controlled my life because I let them. It made me feel both good and bad. Good to stop myself from holding myself back from my fear of contacting these people and to present an oppritunity to create a stable end/rebirth to the relationship. Bad because I dont know where to go from here. I feel more at peace and im proud that I do not feel as unsatisfied as I previously would. But still I feel the slightest bit unsatisfied, I'm hopeful to find peace and move along with this situation and all other settling emotions.
im constantly getting criticized by my sister for just being myself from the way i act or even how i talk. i thought being happy about being myself was supposed to be healthy for me mentally, but with her constantly saying that everything i do is wrong makes me so self conscious, angry, and quite annoyed. it's supposed to be a joke, but im such a sensitive and emotional mess that i take everything so seriously. most of the time, "jokes" can hurt a lot worse than it seems. im just supposed to laugh it off and pretend it doesnt bother me, but it constantly builds up. once it reaches its highest point, i literally break out crying and that leads to numbness, tingling, walls closing in on me, and not being able to breathe. i wish i wasnt so sensitive and emotional. i wish i didnt have to deal with those random moods where im just so angry at everything and cant point the exact reason why because little things build up.
@lostmarshmallow
I know how you feel when it comes to being overly emotional and sensitive. I am the same way and it is crazy sometimes. Lately, I have been so emotional over everything. My husband said something the other day and it got to me. It was nothing mean or harmful, just something in general and I got really emotional over it and I cried. My tears flow like a river lately because I overthink things and I worry so much about a lot of stuff. I am a happy person- I love my husband with all my heart and soul and we have an amazing little girl. Sometimes, things that happen make us feel awful. I have had a string of bad stuff that happened from September of 2017 through January of this year. I think all these things have added up and hit me hard. These are the things that are making me overly emotional and it sucks. I'm trying to learn to let go of some of it so I can relax and not worry so much, but it's hard. I am really sorry that you are going through this ordeal with your sister. I just wanted you know that I know how it feels to be sensitive and overly emotional. If you ever need to talk, I'm here. :)
