For all the times I felt like giving up.
I forgive myself for:
not giving my parents grandchildren
being an extreme introvert and not being married
...for not being perfect and making my own mistakes.

I forgive myself for trying to fix some minor problem on my boyfriend's laptop and screwing it up. At least I tried and I'm trying to make up for it.
Accepting that I deserve all the drama;the heartache; the ill treatment. I thought good things happen to other people but Today I choose my feelings over everything I matter....
I forgive myself for making excuses. It's an easy path to fall down. Time to get up.

It's true.
There's this annoyingly unfair double standard about sexual gratification and promiscuity in US American culture. It's a remnant of our overtly religious beginnings.
And even after the "sexual revolution" of the 60's, 70's & 80's mass media has still found some way to convince us that guys are supposed to sex but girls aren't... which doesn't make sense logistically.
I don't know your entire situation but unless you're a married/engaged adult with children - it's perfectly normal to want to have sex.
Even if you are married - it's pretty normal to seek a little excitement. But in this situation you have to try being more responsible... because you made a commitment.

Even if that's true... you can still forgive.
In fact, I think that's the most common type of forgiveness.
I don't forgive people for doing the right thing. I forgive them because they most certainly did the wrong thing, I recognize that they feel bad about it and my hope is that they'll change.
