Today, i forgive myself for buying sweets on impuse.
Everything before today.
Not researching before getting my son vaccinated... for trusting my doctors...
Not going to work today. Taking today and the weekend to fully heal and continue with my life.
Not living up to my own expectations.
I forgive myself to eat and not worry about how people will judge me for my appearance and weight
For derinking straight from that bottle
For being rude to the customers and dating an abusive person.
For overreacting and jealous- making my relationship worse with someone i care about.
