For not accepting myself nor my flaws.
Having a very bad day yesterday and not being able to work.
I forgive myself for finding every day a struggle. For feeling pain and overwhelming emotion and congratulate myself for coming through each day.
Eating those two chocolate chip cookies
Not being strong enough to power through the nausea. I'm terrified of throwing up. I ended up going to the emergency room.
I feel like i wasted their resources.
@proactiveLunch6806 that is not your fault, you did nothing wrong and it's their job. I was called an ambulance when I had heart "attack" but when they came, it was gone and I was totally fine. I felt so sorry and guilty. It was also middle of the night and they looked so dissapointed. It wasn't my fault, so this isn't your's aswell.
