Being sick again
Feeling so stressed out, I am doing all I can do to help myself get through this, even when I feel like I'm failing miserably I still forgive myself because I haven't given up, each day is a constant battle and more days than enough I feel like I'm losing this fight but I refuse to give up. I know no matter what there is always hope.
@daydreamer52 sounds like you having the same battles as me
@mariusk007
I day dream all the time about my problem if i was a super hero who had power to take away all of my pain.
Today I forgive myself for being angry all the time, for hurting inside, for trusting the wrong person to be friends with. I forgive myself for being suicidal, or having self inflicted thought. I forgive myself for complaining to much, for having to much problem and causing other people to be bother by my problem. All because someone had hurt my feeling.
I forgive myself for blaming myself for what he did to me
Today I forgive myself for letting go.
Letting some memories go
Drinking so fucking much!!! Jeez, I have a bad liver and here I am still drinking like I don't care. But I do care..I do care!! I am just addicted to alcohol...FUCK! Why do i drink so much..I wish I could stop but it makes me have confidence and brave.. something I am not without it. Without alcohol, I am such a fucking pussy..no backbone...
@crimsonVillage2277
I used to have a backbone. Too many traumatic events and disability have left me feeling hopeless and too quick to take others advise. Lost my confidence.
@considerateKiwi7763
Oh No - you must not think like that. Nothing that has happened to you is your fault. I am in a similar situation and I am slowly understanding that I am just doing the best that I can at the moment. Keep your chin up - you will grow in strength, given time
@considerateKiwi7763
I understand how you feel because I feel the same way that you feel.
@crimsonVillage2277if you need to talk i am here
@crimsonVillage2277 confidence is something that is learned slowly through small victories. If you slowly wean yourself off of alcohol then you will slowly start to build confidence without it. Slowly take out a drink of alcohol each week or every two weeks and replace that drink with some sparkling cider or flavored water. Write down small victories while you weren't drinking like, you said hi to someone, you said thank you to someone. You walked outside and waved to someone passing by. Then slowly do more and more things and then you will eventually have confidence without alcohol.
Spend a month mourning what happened till I find another way to go with my life
@brainybrainy
I feel the same way that you feel. I am still mourning
@selfconfidentTangerine1778 its for sure a long and hard way, we will do it!
Wasting money on unnecessary material things I ended up losing in natural disasters anyway
