Today I forgive myself for being too tired and depressed to get anything done for such a long time.
Today I forgive myself for being depressed. Its not who I am, its a condition I have. I can take my meds, work hard in therapy and get better.

I forgive myself for hating myself. I forgive myself for everyone i've hurt in the past. I forgive myself for not being perfect because there's no such thing.
