Today i forgive myself for eating more than i should have
Not being as strong as I should be right now.

Today I forgive myself for being wrong. I went on my first date ever today and I hated it. But now I can use this experience to guide me in the future. I also forgive myself for trying something scary even though it didn't work out. And I forgive myself for thinking I could be wrong about liking guys at all bc no one can help who they like.
For getting so upset with mom... I think I overreacted and got a headache. Maybe for the period???

You definitely can and should forgive yourself for wanting that, we all need good parents. Your dad had the problem not you. If it made you unhappy being in touch with him you are absolutely right to break contact. Put yourself first, you deserve to. Find people who live and are for you in the correct way.

For allowing myself to be taken advantage of by my wife, for constantly dealing with anxiety and stress I know this is not my fault and I'm doing my best to deal with it.
