I forgive myself for being hard on myself for the unknown.
Completely neglecting and ignoring my needs to help and please others.
For taking things very personal and feeling like my opinions dont matter. I realized its steming from my past and i should really just work on it and in time it will get better.
I forgive myself for being so demanding with myself and not valuing small improvements in the past

i think the hardest person to forgive is yourself. But, you should forgive yourself because everyone makes mistakes. No one is perfect.
I forgive mysef for giving in to depression again. I need to stay away from the news for a few days because it certainly doesn't help.

@littlePeach604 It's difficult for me to open up to anyone. But I'm not sure if I should regret opening up to this guy or not because he's my boyfriend and he should be the person that I open up too right? So, I'm stuck in between regretting or feeling sad that he's not loving me right. Idk.
