What if the world never had war, everyone was equals, and there is no segrigation, and everyone spoke one language for everyone to understand? It would be UTOPIA!! But we know it would NEVER happen..

What if this emotional well of traumatic pain locked within me could be processed, released, and I - finding myself renewed and with plenty of motivation for a hopeful future - could be unshackled by my past and become able to make progress building the skills I need to make meaningful contributions to the world once more?

What if I could become a better communicator, to not shy away from difficult topics, but to have the knowledge of how to handle these crucial conversations confidently?

What if I could not have to worry about anxiety, depression, and reminders of my past crippling my forward momentum and instead have confidence that I could move beyond whatever struggles came my way?

What if I could cook healthy, enjoyable meals again?

What if I could prioritize my happiness without fear of being punished?

What if I could build meaningful relationships with those around me with my improved communication skills and be able to feel more genuine connection, support, and love?

What if I could really have a solid foundation of support from those loved ones for which I could have confidence that failure would mean I would be captured and cared for when I fall, instead of mistakes feeling like life or death stakes?

What if my oppressive and all-encompassing fear of punishment (no matter what I did) went away?

What if I could establish and maintain my boundaries appropriately reliably?

What if I could become able to reliably perform all the activities my traumatic pain has held me back from accomplishing thus far?

What if.. you suddenly woke up one day and realised you are enough and life isn't as bad as what your mind makes it out to be.
