:o I feel so special for being tagged in this! Ummmm, one thing about myself, hmmm...... My favorite animal is the Elephant!! They're so kind and gentle and have such great memories, I hope to be able to see some elephants in person at some point in my future. (I guess that's two things huh :p)

Ahhh, I forgot the second part of the question! What I like the most about your office is that it makes me connected with what's going on around 7 Cups, otherwise I'd be kind of lost with all the things going on.

whoa, i feel surprised to be tagged in this post :3 one thing I can tell you about myself is that I like taking walks in the evening rather than in the morning. It helps me feel at peace :3 and.. What I like most about your office is that it unites us ... Like a family :/ a 7cups family.

I'm from Bangladesh. I love reading, writing and travelling. I love ice-cream, rain and photography.
Thanks for the warm welcome and cookies, I love cookies and warm hugs! I would like people to know even when I am not feeling my best, I love to encourage and give to others feeling depressed, unloved, unwanted or anxious. I feel sadness for others deeply.

I love to read and craft. I have two Papillons named Ruby and Lily...my little loves. This photo if from *several* years ago.
I choose a word of the year rather than a resolution. The word for 2016 was Self-Care, and I found 7 Cups, other sites, some apps, an 8 week depression program, and was assigned a Nurse Health Coach from my insurance company (the fabulous Lisa!), and began drawing and coloring mandalas. My depression is so much better now, and when I do run into a depressive episode, everything I've learned here and from those other sources. This year's word is Sanctuary...for mind, body, and spirit.

@jr50, thanks. They're both right at 15...Ruby (the one on the right) was 15 in September and Lily (on the left) will be 15 in March. I'm thankful for each day now that they're getting older. They seemed young for so long, but when they finally started showing their age, it happened really fast. 
YAY!!! We just crossed 100 subscribers!!!
