The scariest thing that I have ever done is have the courage to Be Brave! But thank goodness I had a lot of support and it benefits me in so many ways now! 
I rode the skycoaster at fun spot (and I am NOT a thrill kinda person).
And today I approached a group of people I've been avoiding and that was harrowing
Stand up. Each time, the risks increase, but i WILL protect those I care for.

Probably taking the panel test to receive my black belt. Easily the scariest moment of my life, but I came out on top and am so much better for it.
