Not phobias with names, but the weird, specific dread that crawls up your spine for no rational reason.

Sounds like it's something close to claustrophobia.

I have a fear of being judged. I am my harshest critic and I couldn't blame anyone for judging me, but its definitely my biggest fear. This prevents me from going anywhere, which im sure, doesn't help any.

@DisposableGirl

I can understand that as someone who feels intimidated by the slightest judgemental look. It's really hard. Only way out is getting exposure while stepping out of your comfort zone.

@thebendygirl

I relate to the second fear. It's especially a lot to be careful about when using public transport.

@thebendygirl"Absolutely, I get that too 😔 Public transport can be tricky, you really have to stay alert all the time."

Do you want me to make it a bit more casual or friendly too?

Even though I’m an introvert, I really fear being alone for long periods of time.

@QuietByNature

Aw, that's a valid fear. Loneliness can be daunting even as an introvert.

@QuietByNature"Same here! Being an introvert doesn’t always mean we enjoy being alone—long periods of solitude can feel really overwhelming."
