When I was little, I believed that I was a bad girl.
I found out that it wasn't true.
I believed I would die before my 18th bday. It wasn't because I was depressed. Just the way it was for me. Scary thing is though. My 18th birthday is really this Friday

When I was little I believed a monster was going to come out of the toilet and eat me. ... I watched supernatural investigation DVDs for a whole vacation. It scarred me a little I think. XD
That good people lived good lives and bad guys well didn't. Kinda like you get what you deserve How little did I know. You get what you get it isn't about fairness
...that the US and USSR were going to trigger WWIII and we'd all have to deal with nuclear fall out.
...that racism was something that used to happen.
...that if you got sick and then got better, there were no ill effects like scar tissue that you'd have to deal with for the rest of your life.

When I was little, I believed was very smart, because my parents said that to me a lot! But now that I grew up, they make me think I'm dumb...
When i was little i thought a blue and green man was under my bed and the only thing that could protect me from him was putting a blanket over my head... To this day I still feel uncomfortable sleeping without having my head covered tbh
When I was little, I believed everyone was kind and caring. Only when I got bullied onwards, I started to see the cruel side of people and reality. it shattered my naiveness and innocence but I promised myself I would never become like those people. I live by the quote "Be kind to others as others are to you" ❤️
