7CUPS charged me 150$ in trial

Hello,
I just signed up for 3 days trial, and I went to my subscription and clicked "Change therapist" and they changed me 150$.... I thought I was in trial and they took me 150$ for this...

I think if If you choose a specific therapist instead to take the random one that was given to you, there is no free trial. It's what is indicated in the FAQ but it would be to confirmed. you can still email support@7cups.com for a better and faster answer because i'm unsure if @LaraG check the forums.
