Facebook Friend

I had a guy I was friends on Facebook with who mentioned the site and had made a large post about it since he knew a lot of his friends struggled with mental illness. I ended up visiting it and found myself rather happy with having a place I could come to just vent out my frustrations and get the words out while I was building a kit of tools and websites to use on my recovery path.
