Found 7 Cups through FB

I was on Facebook and after doing a search for social anxiety, found a group that had the 7Cups link in it's description. I have yet to chat with a listener live, but have had a warm welcome from listener Karen and just love the concept of this site. The folk seem genuinely very kind and nice, the site well run and safe. Wanted to start posting a bit and will come back. Very glad to have found 7 Cups of Tea
