Been lurking on 7 cups for a while, decided to finally introduce myself because I dont feel like sleeping just yet. Names Tim, call me whatever your comfortable with though. Idk rly how posts work sorry if this wrong place. Im an artist, music addict, cat loving schizophrenic teenager who finds it difficult to make connections with people. I'm one of the lucky few who had a rare early onset of the rare Schizophrenia. Joined this place because recently lost some of my closest friends. Im in a complicated place, still am, figuring out where to go. If you wanna be friends, or just chat about music or whatever really no matter how stupid or insane it is, dont hesitate to reply. Oooh MARINA, believe I enjoy one of their songs, Family Jewels i think? I shall listen to the rest whenever time permits so. My top 3, hard sonce it changes a lot, but rating in terms of the ones are usually my go to, Dramaturgy by E ve(well most songs by E ve really buy Dramaturgy my top), False Confidence by Noah Kahan, and probably This Is Home by Cavetown. What other bands/ music makers do you like?
@TwoFacedTim for some reason I can’t reply to your newer messages so I am replying to this. Yeah family jewels is a good one MARINA is all I have been listening to recently but I quite like, Melanie Martinez, lovejoy and Alec Benjamin however I like so many more, they are a bit more common ones I know. I also quite like cavetown favourites might be meteor shower or devil town. Sadly the other songs I don’t recognise but I will be sure to listen then. I listen to a lot of other genres so if there is one specific you would like songs for I could maybe help
Ooh I love those Cavetown songs! I dont know what genre this is but whatever one is from this one song I found, Sweet Tooth by Scott helman? Idk what genre but in love woth it recently
@TwoFacedTim I am not the best at identifying genres either however I think I know some songs that are similar but not sure if they’re what you’re looking for. I’ll just list some off you can tell me what you like or not but there’s so main I know
