I have seen so many new members joining the 7 Cups family!

I would like to thank you for joining, you are definitely joining an amazing community of people.

No matter what your reason is for joining, whether it is just for a chat, to make some new online friends, or to even become a Listener, take on a role, become a leader, you can accomplish lots here.

Teenies (Age 13 - 17) - You can chat to other teens in the forums and chat rooms, there are also a number of adults you can talk to who are approved to talk to you which is a big and robust process to ensure a smooth process is followed, you can recognise these people in the chat rooms, they will have an ATL badge on their names, or on their profiles, if you look at "Listens to", it will say "Over 18's & Teens", if you want to become a listener, you will need to be at least 15, and on your 18th birthday, you will move over to the Adult side of the site.

Adults (or oldies as we call ourselves) - We are honoured that you have joined us, you have the same opportunities here as anyone else, depending on your expectations of course! you can also take advantage of adult chat rooms and guided discussions, and the forums are great!

As a little guidance:

Chat Rooms - Click Chat -> My chats and then click the Groups tab (these are the chat rooms)

Forums - Click Community

Path is your personal pathway to a better you, whether that is to progress yourself personally, or if you become a Listener and want to progress yourself as a listener.

If you face any issues, please give someone a shout, they'll be glad to help, you can also find help in the chat rooms, depending on your query or question, please respect the privacy of others and follow the chat room and forum rules.
