I’m new here and have a few questions. 1st I have PTSD, Anxiety/panic and depression. Is 7 cups for any age or is it geared more for younger ppl. Well I guess tht was my only question lol. Can’t think of anything else right now

Wouldn’t really say anything is wrong right now. Have as this wave of anxiety and panic since dec 2020 but the last few days have been a lot better and it’s been consistent. Think I’m getting anxiety cuz I’m starting to feel better lol. Like I’m just waiting for the next panic attack or something.

7 cups is for teens and adults, so you should be able to receive support here. You can get support through 1-1 chats with listeners, as well as through our 7 cups sub-communities. There are sub-communities specifically for age ranges and conditions, in addition to more generalised ones. You mention that you have PTSD so you might want to take a look at our ‘trauma support sub-community.’
