Hi! Question....
I started on this site around 2 weeks ago. Was randomly assigned a therapist who never replied so I switched to another therapist. I know you can only switch therapists once but the second therapist also replies like maybe once a week and is never available for live chat even when they tell me they will "definitely be on at [certain time, certain day]". Is there really no way of making another switch?

Therapists are supposed to be responding about 5x a week, so the therapist you're matched with isn't maintaining what's expected from them.

@soundparasite Just making sure- Are you talking about an actual professional therapist here on 7cups or a Listener? Some people tend to call Listeners therapists, that is why I'm asking.

No, the certified therapists. I'm paying the monthly fee.
@soundparasite I'm sorry to hear that people are having negative experiences. I reply at least once a day and will let my clients know in advance when I will not be available. I believe you can also contact Laura for some additional tips on switching. I'm not sure what the maximum number of switches are though

I sent in a contact form in the support section a few days ago but haven't heard anything. I'm not sure which contact method to use that will actually guarantee a response. Also, nowhere did it say that I was only limited to 1 switch when I signed up. I only found out when I was searching up forum threads.
