Hi! my name is Hawa, im 13 and i am born in britain, but im cultrually from guinea. I have so many hobbies! i like reading, bullet journalling, writing, drawing,
i joined because i was in a really bad mental place, and i told my mother and she was very angry! she said that therapy is stupid and thats why my other siblings are better, which just made me feel worse. My dad recommended me to go online because we don't know where to get physical therapy. So now im here!

Having parents who don't believe therapy is helpful is really hard, since there's usually not much you can do to change their mind. I'm sorry that you have to be in that situation.
