Hi ! hope you are all safe and well during the time of the pandemic !
I have two questions i am struggling to find answers to
1. how do i make a referral to a therapist? my chats do not have the button covered in training
2. how to report technical issues? at the moment none of my chats are loading so i am not sure if other people are having this problem and chat s down but equally i cannot check with anyone ! thanks

1. You cannot actually refer anyone to a therapist in the normal sense of the word. You can recommend the member to go to 7cups.com/online-therapy and sign up for therapy there.
Both of these links can be found at the bottom of most pages on the 7 Cups website.
