How I found 7 Cups of Tea
I was searching about depression and suicide on tumblr and it appeared...
Through an antidepression application,when i was crying.this helped me because i have been crying a lot these days,,,,,, but not after chatting on 7cups of tea

I'd been struggling the past few months and my boyfriend, although supportive, has a lot going on so suggested this app so I had a place to go.

I found it on tumblr too! I was searching for images of people crying.. A message appeared and said that If I was depressed I could talk to someone at 7 Cups of Tea. The other day, I decided to take a look. I was so glad I found it that I became a listener (:

My Home Treatment Team told me about this site and recommended it for when I'm struggling.
I think I googled online therapists? after a bad experience (my first experience) with a listener I decided to become one myself so I could be a good listener.
