How I found 7 Cups of Tea
I was searching about depression and suicide on tumblr and it appeared...
when i was at my lowest i looked to kind strangers like on 7 cups of tea and found amazing help and care and now i myself am a listener to help others like i was helped once
It was suggested to me by tumblr on a day when I was feeling particularly bad and searching up suicide and stuff, and I decided that it couldn't hurt to try.
I searched about suicide and stuff on Tumblr, and it suggested this to me. I decided to give it a go
I was really stressed,depressed and sad a few days ago,so my best internet friend told me about it and I'm very thankful because it helped me a lot
My best friend's husband suggested this site to me and I'm so grateful! Wish I would have known about it sooner. I really appreciate everyone here that takes the time to listen
I have kind of worst story because i have been on the top of mountain and now m down in the valley. My life can never b better now. But yeah i can make you feel why your life is better than me. Text me if you need help
I run a facebook page called The Mental Health Militia where I promote ending stigma against mental illness. I am very strict about posts that are negative, as a few others help me run the page. One of my page followers actually told me about 7 cups. I did some peer counselling through Facebook groups, but I like 7 cups structure of scheduled hours. This will help me transition from being disabled for the past 5 years to getting into the work I want to do.
Sorry about the link in the last post, I'm brand new and am still learning the rules. It isn't a link that identifies me at all, its a mental health awareness page I run, since that's how I heard about 7 cups (two different people left messages on that page about it).
So a friend on Facebook posted about finding it difficult to call any certain someone to talk about things. Then a friend of hers recommended this app & I thought this was a pretty cool concept but I don't know where to start.
