How I found 7cupsoftea.
I was Googling online help using multiple terms but kept coming up with nothing. Eventually, this website came up at the top of the list and I just went for it. Really glad I did. I've not received a listener who can stomach what I have to say yet and frankly given up but don't let that discourage you. My past is pretty darn horrific and I understand why people can't handle it. Love being a listener though. This is my 3rd day as a member and as a listener. I've applied for being a moderator and I am looking forward to it! Fingers crossed!
I Found it on reddit when It had that big expolosion. I stuck with it though. Glad I did :)
Google takes you to what you should look for. I was also googleingthings and went to many sites but did not fine one I likes, until 7 cups :)
I found it through Yik Yak surprisingly.
Someone on a Psychology trainee's group posted about this website and I checked it out. I found it to be a great oppurtunity to develop my active listening skills as a psychologist/counselor. I love every minute I spend on here :)
One of my friends told me about it and I thought I would join.
I found out about this site by google, I was very down and needed someone to vent to and every site I had tried previous, just had no idea. Then i came across 7 cups and the listener i spoke to was amazing in every way, she helped me with my problem and even got me interested in becoming a listener, something which now is part of my everyday :) so glad i found this site.

I was thinking about what my friends kept saying, See a counselor, but I am not comfortable at all about telling my family so I looked up online counseling and 7 cups of tea popped up so I read up on it and became a member. I haven't found anybody yet who understands but I wont give up
I searched"depression" on tumblr while crying after a long numbness spell, yeah... Then a disclaimer popped up and recommended me some websites. After taking a look at a few, I figured this would be the most helpful so I signed up. I'm glad I did, I feel better
I was on tumblrand someone posted a link titled "if your depressed or in an emotional distress try this app. It's completely anon" and here I am.
