It was recommended by my friend whilst inside a helping group, I thought I'd try it out in case it actually helped me... turns out it did..

This is especially helpful as you can look at a person?s profile and decide for yourself, based on their reputation and their profile, if you want to talk with them. Just as an added extra, those with the Verifiers badge (like myself) have had a mock chat with a Listener who are very highly regarded and are on the Verifiers Team, so look out for those badges! =D

I found out about 7 cups of tea by wanting to talk to someone one night. I googled something like, "I need someone to talk to online because I'm feeling so alone right now" so I came across this website and had a couple conversations with a listener until I decided to create an account and become a listener.
