How i found out about 7 cups

Scrolling through the Play Store on a lazy afternoon.

I found 7 cups one day when I was up at like 3 in the morning wishing I had someone to talk to become theres so much on my mind that I cant talk my self through it and process it to. So I looked for a app where I cant talk to people and I found this. This has been a great tool in my life that I wish I found earlier. It would have really helped me out when I was younger.

I was desperate. I really needed someone to talk to and I figured, some kind soul would have developed an app that provided a way for me to just be able to talk to someone. So I went to google and it brought me to 7 Cups, and thank Godrick it did.

I found it searching under "depression" in the AppStore. I wasn't feeling happy so I was looking for an app to help. Then I found this, chat rooms always help somehow :)

I likely found 7 Cups by searching Google, just wanting to find someone to talk to who wouldn't push me away or tell me to "just take more drugs". After feeling better than I did in that moment oh so long ago, I'm now a listener, helping to return the favor.

I found it by typing depression into pinterest at 5 in the morning. i neededsome help of some sort. It had been along time since i had thoughts i've had,so anything wouldHelp me at this point. Except the person i was talking to just lleft me hanging. . .

Found it by typing online talker for any problems, and i felt really uneasy but then i came across this and found some amazing people to talk to about my problems, and i was so happy on how i felt that i decided to become a listener myself! And now every single day i feel amazing knowing that i've made someones day thanks to this website :)

I found 7 Cups on an internship website. I was initially interested in the internship part of the website.

I was feeling blue.... and a bit of red too :)... and just needed someone to talk to and i thought i wonder if there is anything online... and so i did a search and this was the first site that i looked at ... and it was perfect. Straight up.... someone who just listens... and bounces backwhat's been scrambled in your head is like an angel :) I knew that i was a really good listenerbutnever really realised how valuable theskill was until i myself needed someone to listen. I know that by being a listener on this site... i could potentially be helping to save the world :)

I found it because when my depression episodes were more frequent and intense, I remember researching something on google along the lines of "advice, depression hotline, or support chat". I thought the site was pretty cool looking and I started talking to someone and they were just really nice. I loved it. They didn't give me advice but they just listened to me rant and they were very understanding. A few years past and I came across it again and it looked really familiar. And here I am today, a listener myself. :)
