I found out about 7 Cups Of Tea on tumblr too.. I had seen it couple of times, but this time I was to desperate to speak to anyone so I just decided to check it. So glad I did it. :)

I found 7 cups while searching for online therapy because I live in a country without many English speaking therapists. It's helped me remain steady while I continue searching

I was looking for support with depression that comes and goes in the process of recovery from alcohol addiction and food issues.......looked online......hopefully this will be what I am looking for.......

I think I came upon it through BuzzFeed or Tumblr - I'm not so sure. But I'm so glad!

I actually found 7 cups from looking up where i could get free advice online. I think this was better than what i was actually looking for though.
