It was recommended that I complete counseling, and I just did a little research on Google. I looked into several options online, but I kept wanting to come back to 7 Cups. I'm glad I did. Until my insurance gets straightened out, this is the next best thing until I can find someone to talk to locally.

I found out through Tumblr. I was searching key words associated with self harm for a research thesis that I am doing this year and Tumblr checked in on how I was feeling and suggested it.
