Im 32 mama of 2 girls, diognised with post natal after both births. Anxcity means i dont leave the house alone if its somewhere new ineed to go, aparantly i over exaggerate the dangers and under play how i think id cope in situations. So my life is school run, work and home, trip to nannies afew times a week, and thats it, all my shopping is done online and friends ive not pushed away visit me at my house rather than me have to go theres.
