I'm EmotionalHuman and I just started using 7cups.

I am struggling with autism, agoraphobia, social phobia, loneliness, managing my emotions, dealing with trauma and other things.

I found out 7cups with a search engine to seek out emotional support.

I am trying to get better and seek out professional help for the first time as well.
