Hi All. My name is Vicky. I am new here and really hope this 7 Cups can help me with what I am going threw. I have been getting anxiety and feeling of death in me and around me. I am trying to cope with these feelings but sometimes it get a little bit to much. I just learned the breathing methode on 7 cups and that has already helped me so much.

@nefelibata1111 I am glad to hear I am not alone but not glad to hear you are going threw the same thing as I am. I wish I knew what the trigger was and what causes this.

Hello. Literally just joined today (soon to be yesterday.... hmmm i should go to bed lol). Just looking for people to talk to. Im not really sure what I'm expecting to get out of this community because I dont really know who I am. I used to, but then realized that there is no central me because I always change myself slightly depending on who I am around and I dont like that. So here I am, under an alias trying to find myself.
