Looking for a PTSD Group
Greetings all. I want to find a PTSD support group. I want to hear others' experiences and share mine. I am exhausted of trying to figure things out on my own. If someone could tell me where something is I would appreciate it. I can't seem to find anything on the app but I am sure it exists. M
I do too.. I can’t seem to find anything either. I would benefit if there was something.

Hello and welcome! It's nice to meet you both. I'm not really sure about how the app works, I tend do use a laptop mostly. This link https://www.7cups.com/home/trauma/ should take you to the main page of the trauma community. I hope you both find helpful things there. The people are very friendly and supportive. There you can do checkins or start a journal. There are ice breakers and different areas where you can share your story. I hope to see you both around! 🙂 Feel free to ask any questions you might have, we'll get them answered for you as best we can.
